PERSOLKELLY and YouGov carried out an online survey with over 10,000 hiring managers and candidates across a wide range of industries in 12 APAC markets from 27 December 2019 to 6 February 2020, before the Covid-19 outbreak was declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation. The survey explored the workforce’s levels of happiness, drivers of happiness and benefits of a happy workforce.
The insights attempt to support HR leaders in making the case to their businesses on the need to create and maintain a happy workforce, even during this new normal of Covid-19.
